Liz creates an empathetic space so you can feel free to express your needs. She will help teach you the skills to overcome your internal battles. Liz will guide and motivate you through your therapeutic journey to becoming a healthier version of yourself. Liz is of Indian heritage and enjoys working with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
