What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations, Late Arrivals, & No-Show/No-Call Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time by phone, text, email, or through response to electronic reminders. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, arrive more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, or do not attend an appointment, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to your account. Since insurers do not cover the cost of a session if you're not present the entire time, you'll be responsible for the full amount of each scheduled service without insurance benefits applied. Additionally, not showing up for more than one scheduled intake session will require prepayment for the full-service amount before rescheduling the appointment. We'll apply this amount to your intake session and use any remaining balance as a credit toward your future account balance. We require a valid credit card to be kept on file for late cancellations/missed appointments. It is your responsibility to know the full cost of scheduled services.
