What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations, Late Arrivals, & No-Show/No-Call Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment via phone, text, or email. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or miss an appointment without prior notification, a $100 fee will be charged. As insurers do not cover missed sessions, you will be responsible for the full $100 fee. Additionally, late cancellations or no-shows for intake sessions may incur a $100 fee, with any remaining balance credited to your future account. A valid credit card must be kept on file for these situations. It is your responsibility to understand the full cost of scheduled services. Emergency exceptions include sudden medical emergencies or serious family crises; work conflicts do not qualify. If you experience a genuine emergency, please provide a doctor's note or relevant documentation for review. Submit a waiver request through our website for consideration.
